About this run
Offerings for all ability levels, our winter only training is ideal for citizen racers and outdoor enthusiasts who are looking to benefit from the extensive ski experience of our coaches. Regardless of your area of interest – racing, cross-training, or recreational skiing – your fitness and ability as a skier will improve. All fall/winter programs include dryland, technique work, and strength training. The winter sessions are meant to be exclusively skiing, but flexibility is necessary due to uncertain snow/weather conditions.
