About this run

You’re In. Welcome to UltraTrax Bear Creek. On April 3, 2027, you’ll take on a full day of movement, challenge, and time on the trails at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. Back for our third consecutive year, Bear Creek delivers a true mountain challenge through wooded trails, winding paths, and varied terrain across the resort.  Whether you’re here to walk 7 miles or push all the way to 28, the challenge is yours to define. 10 hours. One 7-mile loop. Four distances. How far will you go? Complete your goal within the 10-hour event window. Want another layer of challenge? Take it on with a 10, 20, or 35 lb. ruck or weighted vest. The course will be clearly marked from start to finish, with bathrooms and well-stocked aid stations offering water, electrolytes, and snacks approximately every 2–3 miles. Trek Day Saturday, April 3, 2027 Bear Creek Mountain Resort, Macungie, PA The start line is open between 7am-10am and is divided into corrals based on distance. 28 milers get started at 7am, 21 milers at 7:45am, 14 milers at 8:30am, and 7 milers at 9:15am. UltraTrax is not a race, but it is a timed endurance event. You’ll have up to 10 hours to complete your chosen distance. Move at your pace. Take breaks when you need them. Then keep going.
