About this run
If there is one thing you should do in the off season, it is re-build your foundation. Foundational Strength & Stability helps endurance athletes build the strength and control to support the miles ahead. These live sessions are guided by Coach Dorrer, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. In this live Zoom class, we work on squats, hinges, lunges, single-leg strength, balance, mobility, and core stability—then progress those movements over eight weeks. Done at the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment necessary. It’s a chance to address weak spots, move with more confidence, prevent or address injuries, and build a stronger foundation for your next season.
