About this run
The CIA 4HR Lite is a beginner-oriented adventure race designed for a 4-hour duration. Participants will navigate using map and compass on foot and bicycle. This event simplifies the navigation compared to longer races, with no map plotting required, making it more accessible for newcomers to the sport. Teams of two or three, or soloists, will aim to reach as many checkpoints as possible within the time limit, with the team reaching the most points declared the winner.
Who it's for
This 4-hour adventure race is ideal for beginners and those looking for a shorter, less demanding introduction to the sport, suitable for individuals, pairs, or small teams.
